From the very first phone call with Allstate, through the coverage inquiries and quotes, through the policy endorsement, and lastly through various requests for documentation, Marc's teammate, Charlene Lei Meneses, was courteous, knowledgeable, efficient, and just a pleasure to work with. And their rates were so reasonable that I had to look no further. Five stars, highly recommended.
