Lied to. Office is terrible. Just looks like guys eating all the time. Don’t want to help. Kim lied to me. Was in cccident first call to Allstate and I was covered thru oct 4. Now I’m told I was cancelled on sept 23. The money I paid on oct 1 I want back. Make it right be a man. You don’t want me to come into office. I will bring Sherri with me

Billed me $43 for a hard copy of the proof of insurance so I could register a vehicle with paid in full comprehensive coverage ?

Constant phone calls, text messages, and emails trying to sell me additional insurance. Got sick of it and told them to cancel my policy. Never got a confirmation, so I called back a month later to make sure they actually cancelled, and they didn't! Had notes in their system that I had called to cancel, and yet didn't.

Working with this particular office is always a good experience. Friendly and knowledgeable staff answer your questions promptly. I would give a 5 star rating if the rate was a wee bit less, but the rates are still very competitive. Cathy

Personal attention breeds great service, & this office nailed it.
