Have been ignored by this Allstate agency as I have complained and complained that two of my children were not driving. This agency kept on billing me for them. All I asked is for credit and not even the money back. There is no email or phone call to provide me with a fix to this problem. They only call or email when you owe them money. If they owe you money and you will here is Silence.
