ALLSTATE NEEDS TO TAKE A LONG, HARD LOOK AT THE WAY THEY MANAGE ACCOUNTS! Allstate has a policy of transferring accounts to another local agent if your agent leaves the company. Without any input from the customer who is paying for said policies. AND THEN MAKING IT AN OLYMPIC FEAT TO SWITCH YOUR POLICY HOLDER TO ANOTHER AGENT WITHIN ALLSTATE. If you succeed in getting your policies transferred, THE AGENT WHO YOU DIDN'T CHOOSE AND REQUESTED CHANGED WILL STILL BE THE ONE TO PROFIT FROM YOUR POLICIES EVEN THOUGH THEY ARE NO LONGER MANAGING THEM! This agent is unresponsive to customers! Our policies were given to this agent after David Quist, our former agent, left. We have been extremely disappointed in the way this agent works. Communication comes from different employees every time, none of them being Mr. Flesch himself. We moved in the beginning October 2018, and as of mid July 2019, they have ignored numerous requests to correct our account information which has prevented us from receiving correspondence from them in a timely manner. Choose someone else, unless you like paying to be ignored.
