Contact was personal and professional along with providing guidance concerning understanding policy coverage. We selected Allstate because it provides us with the opportunity to speak physically in person with a knowledgable agent rather than correspond via a computer with no personal contact. Your agency takes the time to explain provisions of policies that to a lay person are sometimes confusing or misunderstood. Your personal contact through mailings or cards is appreciated and agents are always kind and considerate when we need to make contact at your office. We had been with our Kentucky insurance agent (Shelter) for 40+ years and were personal friends with our agent there and look forward to becoming long term Allstate patrons. Thanks again for your professional service to us.

Good working atmosphere. Seemed like they were expecting my phone call. When My car dealer hung up he said "Good To Go". I was directed to Dukes Insurance and all my insurance needs were met. Good Job.
