Out of the several insurance agencies we have worked with in the past, Melissa's is by far the best. They go above and beyond to answer all of our questions and help in times of need. Everything you should expect and be able to rely on with an insurance agency is exemplified with them and with ease. The personal service by Melissa and the her staff has been incredible through everything from car shopping, a flooded apartment, to figuring out the ins and outs of a hail claim. We moved about an hour south of Melissa's agency and chose not to transfer our insurance because of the top notch service we receive. We will give the highest recommendation to our friends and family to let Melissa take care of them too.
