I have a very unique type of business that's not an easy insure. Mike called around and found me a great plan, taking care of all the paperwork. It's not the main type of work he does but it meant a lot that he went the extra mile.

Very courteous/ Very Professional/ Most important - He is honest & friendly. After signing on with a savings of over 200$ savings he told me for every refferal I would be sent a gift card. I mentioned his customer who referred me was waiting for me in the truck. HE WALKED OUT WITH ME AND HANDED HER HER CARD! (How cool is that?!)

Bad Experience. They are sweet folks until you need them. Huge difference in the people collecting your premium and the people that settles your claim. That big smile leaves them when you have a claim. All of a sudden they get amnesia on what they have told you. This guy complained about having to drive 20 miles to take pictures of a house I needed insurance on. Thought that was his job. It is so true that insurance is only as good as the folks you deal with.
