Have not had a good experience with this office at all, regret ever switching from GEICO. When I first set up my car insurance through them I was constantly told we're giving you the same coverage as Geico at this price. When all was said and done and I had already cancelled my Geico policy I found out that wasn't true and called back. The woman was extremely rude and kept telling me that I should have known that before and it's my fault not hers (even though she never specifically said what I was and wasn't getting just that it was "the same as Geico") I'm finally switching my car insurance back to Geico, emailed on Friday with no response, emailed again Monday...again no response. I called Tuesday and again was met with attitude by the woman that answered the phone, no apologies for not getting back to me just attitude. My homeowner's insurance is still with them but I will be shopping around and changing that ASAP too!
