Our service with you guys started off awful, but you tried to make it right, though were quite unsuccessful at it and was only at the expense of not being able to pay my normal household bills on time because you withdrew over $1200 from my checking account at one time over a holiday weekend and left me to take care of the mess because it was "5 o'clock and you needed to leave the office". I was extraordinarily disappointed in your service after switching to another insurance company and finding out that i was being over charged by over $300 a month on the exact same auto insurance. I can't wait to see what this other guy is going to save us on homeowners insurance when September rolls around.
