Client Review on Allstate Insurance Agent: Mike Masri
Feedback:
For over 15 years I had Allstate, but thanks to Mike Masri, I have switched to State Farm. Mike is simply the worst broker ever, with him it is all about the money, I have nothing good to say about this particular broker, I like Allstate, but I despise the services that Mike provides. For any request, I have to wait and wait, he is not reliable. I used to love when Falconi was the broker, everybody loved him, but although Falconi's name still shows, he is not there, just his name is being used. Mike tries to appear as if he is nice, but he will try to suck any money out of you. My insurance had increased $10 to $20 Dollars per month from one year to the other, I was paying $157 per month with little coverage, now I'm paying $112 with State Farm and the coverage is by far better, for instance, $15,000 (Allstate) vs. $100,000 (State Farm).. I have switched to State Farm on August 16th, and Mike still wants to charge as of August 30th, like I said, it's all about money with him, he couldn't care less about the customers, as long as they are paying a lot, and this complaint is coming from a customer who has home owner's, life and car insurances. If you like AllState, at least go to another broker, otherwise you will be doomed. After I've posted the above, I have received a response from the Principal. For the record, when I received the e-mail (which was sent to me on August 29th) about being charged, I only saw it on August 30th and immediately sent an e-mail to Mike emphasizing that I was with State Farm since August 16th and thus I should be reimbursed for any charges after that date. The response that I received was "I have canceled it effective 8/30/2018 when you sent me an email.", but not once he asked me to show proof of the effective date with State Farm, so after I sent an e-mail back saying that I was going to post a review, which I did, ONLY THEN he asked me to submit the proof, which I did, then he posted his response. This is part of what I mean when I say it's all about the money, he could've had asked that at first, but only after the review is that he did. These are the facts. Regarding the past, I had to speak and call multiple times, I had a lot of frustration and I just want to turn the page. I hope this ends here.
