I was with this agent at Allstate for more than a decade. He and his team were always very friendly, very helpful, and very responsive. They did a great job caring for me as a customer after I was rear-ended hard enough to need physical therapy and a bumper repair. At one point, years later, I looked at the rates of other companies for comparison, simply because I'd never done it before, and Allstate was still the best deal. When I recently moved to a different state, there was a little confusion when I reported our moving and then didn't receive guidance on what to do. But when we did contact Mike, he worked swiftly to make the transition as painless as possible.

I’ve been using Allstate in Stansbury for a few years. They’ve been amazing to work with. Super fast and friendly service. Only once have they not answered and called back within minutes. 5 star customer service. I’ve gone through a decent amount of vehicles the last few years and never am I on the phone with them for more than 5 minutes adding or removing vehicles. Mike runs a great office.
