AVOID THESE CLOWNS, THEY WILL COST YOU MORE THAN MONEY! What is the point of an in-person insurance agent if not customer service?I cancelled a policy because I sold my vehicle and was told everything was done and finalized. Fast forward a few weeks and I'm sent to collections for THEIR mistake. I was never once told that I owed money when I cancelled the policy. Even then it wouldn't matter because I had autopay setup through THEIR system. They never sent any letter saying that I owed money, they just turned off autopay and sent me to collections for their ineptitude.
