The first day I walked into the Allstate office, and I was greeted by Shelly, and I asked her about coverage for my car. She made me feel as if we had known each other for years. She has a really friendly personality, and she is very professional. I like that, because I like structure. I explained what I felt I needed for coverage, and she set me up with a coverage plan that was perfect for me. She also showed me other coverages that Allstate offers, which I liked, and I was completely satisfied with my plan. I already know that I’m going to be with Allstate for a very long time.
