I have been with these guys for the last two years and only recently have had to interact with the agents at this facility. The quality of customer service is horrific, the only person who seems to know what they're doing or care about your business in the whole building would have to be the manager, Cassy Green. Not to say that Allstate is a bad insurance company but this facilities choice of employees is not good. They are short, uninterested in the concerns you have and will not push the documentation through properly.Choose another agency.

This agency is the worst. Never they do it the changes that you want. Always is looking your self benefice. Steve never listen you. If you send email for changes in the policy. And take you money without you permit.They confirm but never do it. I have change to another agency. Never recommend to any body.
