What an amzing agent and staff. Many years ago(11) I walked in and Rebecca helped me and took care of all of my insurance needs. I have been with her since....Today I was in need of a fax machine and they welcomed me in to use theirs. How kind and just the personal touch I look for when dealing with anyone.

She farted as I walked into the door and did not say excuse me. I could not believe it and had to sit there with the stench while getting a quote. I went to another Allstate nearby and it was a complete opposite experience and a lower price. Like she was trying to rip me off by not adding discounts I deserved. DO NOT DEAL WITH HER EVER.

Probably the worst experience I've ever had with any auto insurance company. Half of the employees there don't even know what they are doing.

Idk what people are complaining about. Its a family owned business. There might be some roughness when it comes to the family talking to one another which may come off as un professional but they take care of their clients, and try to save us money. So far so good Allstate!

Bad news. Calls the home phone at least 4 times a week. Never leaves message. I have blocked the number but the calls keep coming. Possibly using software to get around the block. Annoying at the least. In my opinion poor business practices. Would never purchase anything from anyone who does this.

I cant believe how rudely a friend and I were treated today by one of your allstate agents (Rebecca Rusak 131 west 13 mile rd madison heights, MI) From the minute we walked in the door we were yelled at to go sit down over there with a sharp point. So we went and sat in a corner where I could see a employee eatting pizza. The lady who yelled at me in the first place was yelling across the room to a client about how she couldn't help him and he was wrong, wrong, wrong. Than the phone rang the lady yelled at the girl eatting pizza to get that. Than the guy left and the crabby lady yelled at the younger girl to help us. I apologized for interrupting her lunch. She started typing in our info and the rude lady came back and yelled at me to get my feet off HER seat (I was sitting crossed legged). The younger lady asked us questions politely and when we didn't answer fast enough with the right answers the rude lady came rushing back over, interrupted us, and started yelling that we basically couldn't get insurance thru them. I don't know if that is just how you train your employee's to respond to people who don't know all the answers. I was planning on insuring two cars with you today but after that experience I will never use your company and I am making sure to pass on the story to others when they ask me where to go for car insurance.
