I had Allstate previously and liked them, but never had a claim out. We bought a house and our broker bundled all of our insurance policies and found us a slightly cheaper company so we left Allstate. Well insurances ARE NOT treated equal. We had two terrible experiences and decided to leave that insurance company. We shopped around and Allstate was actually cheaper at that point for us. I remember liking them before and decided to give them another go. They have been AMAZING to work with. We have had at least 3 claims with them and they have been so easy to deal with and helpful. They were excellent at reviewing our policy with us and they do fun family events every once in a while for their clients. If your looking for a new indurance agent we highly recommend going with Scott Bowen and his staff! You wont be disappointed.
