Was with Allstate since I could drive..over 25 years. Needed to add to my insurance and they could not do what I needed so went to new company. Told them I wanted the policy canceled and they didn’t do it when I asked. They sent me to collections even after making payment on the debt. I owed the money I get that. They said they sent me notices but I never got them and they don’t seem willing to work with me since I am no longer a customer. Hurt my credit for $200 and I even asked if I could make payments with out any problems and of course they said yes. Sent them a payment and now I get a collections letter. I will never use Allstate and never use this insurance agent again. Learn how to treat your customers.
