Worst insurance company you could possibly go though. Our sump pump went out with all the rain we had, we came home to a flooded basement with 5 inches water. We lost everything we’ve accumulated in the three year that we have been in our house. Scott hertzner’s company doesn’t cover sump pump failure like all the other insurance companies do. Scott’s insurance company offered no help to us in our time of need,and left us helpless to clean up after the disaster. Not only did we lose our belongings my wife and I had to take two day off of work and work all day and night to clean up and dry up our flooded basement. His secretary gave my wife an uneducated answer to why they didn’t cover our sump pump failure. What is insurance for if the don’t cover you when you need them in a time of loss after disaster. Think twice before you go with this insurance company.
