(Disclaimer: Would be 0 stars, but it would not let me post without at least 1.) Absolutely horrible customer service. I have been trying to get a quote from them for a new home policy for 4 days. They have failed to call me back on multiple occasions, and decided the location of a fire hydrant somehow justified a nearly $1,000 increase in the quoted premium from the national call center. Terrible customer service and will never receive my business or that of anyone I know.
