poor service. raise rates without informing or able to tell me why after 2 years as a customer. moved from a actual office with parking lot to a old house with no parking spots. if problems between insurance and dmv they are slow to resolve problem. have to wait at dmv for stacie boudreaux Allstate to fix problem they were supposed to fix b4 when I brought them letter from dmv. dissatisfied and disappointed customer for 2 1/2. went to progressive
