Nancy Giaimo was absolutely amazing to work with and really put me at ease. I was so nervous about getting everything in order as I was moving out of my apartment in NYC and back to Long Island, I also had never purchased my own car or gotten my own insurance. Nancy sat on numerous phone calls with me and really made me feel like she genuinely wanted to help me. She's great and would recommend her to anyone!!

I was recommended to see Stephen about some problems I was having with 3 Allstate policies I had purchased. Both my wife and I arrived for our appointment about 15 minutes early. We entered the office and was met by his office staff. When I tell you these three women, which are part of the office staff, made my wife and I feel very comfortable. We chatted and talked for awhile, then saw Stephen. We sat down in his luxurious office and went over the problems we were having. This man is very personable, pleasant and takes his time explaining things and does not try to rush you at all. He took over an hour in explaining, resolving andfixing the problems we were having. I have dealt with a few insurance agents but we have never been treated this well. If you have an insurance issue or are looking for someone for new insurance needs, he is the person to see. You will definitely feel "AT HOME" , when you visit his business office.
