Overall Feedback:

What a joke, living room floods on a Monday morning. I called to make a claim. 2 days later, nobody has called back and I had to rip up the carpet myself and dry the room after being told someone would be out asap to do it. Now 10 days since the claim was made and still not one thing has been done. Not one call has been returned from 4 different people. 18 years without a claim until two months ago which they tried so hard to scam us in the claim. Now this is worse than the first one.
