I have been with Kaz Javan Allstate agency since April 2019 and received more insurance with less premiums than AAA, my previous insurer, although the premiums have increased in the six months I have been with them to almost what I was previously paying. Very friendly helpful folks at the office and accessible...every time I have called their office, I have been able to talk to someone and someone who actually had the knowledge to discuss my question intelligently and no high pressure sales pitches, although other products are mentioned. I have not filed any type of claim, so I do not know how well Allstate responds and I hope I never have to find out.
