Stop in to discuss insurance with Vang here at Allstate. Awesome service and walked me through a lot of information, even took the extra time to answer questions I had down the road. I recommend talking to him if you have questions about your insurance and would like to compare with your current coverage.

Don't bother counting thinking "you are in good hands" . I called simply asking if specific item was covered and they went ahead and created a claim for my question. Now trying to shop for new insurance is tricky because even though this was a zero pay out claim, it still counts against you. Essentially a trap so you can't ever leave this company. This agent is not helpful. I can not wait to move my insurance elsewhere! Stay away from Allstate!
