I fired this agent/company over 18 months ago for raising rates without notice and was told that was just the way things are but found rates for same coverage lower at other insurers. I called to cancel after finding a new provider and they still managed to send a lapse of coverage to DMV that took an unnecessary amount of my personal time to fix. I would've let this mishap lay at rest but during the past 18 months I have requested multiple times, via link in email, to unsubscribe from their email servers and they continue to prey on my inbox. I'm left with no other recourse but to post my disastisfaction in a more public forum until it stops.
