Like to take this time to express the satisfaction with allstate ,this begin with my parents that had insurance with only allstate, with a life time satisfaction with their coverage . this started me also ,even with agent changes the quality of allstate has remained firm .as my dad would say the agents knows their job , even today with the fine tuning for the customer package the agent is up too date , reliable and courteous, with their customer .My experience with the athens office and mr. thompson keeps my confidence to correct ,fast ,and fair judgement from the athens office. MY first policy i was 18yrs old and now i am 70 and still have confidence .word of advice , you can find many internet deals ,that respond we don't cover this , or you can talk with a allstate agent and know where you stand with confidence before you leave the office ...cecil.
