Horrible. They got the type of policy wrong on my requested homeowners insurance for a home purchase. I contacted them to correct it and they never did. Lori seemed upset that I needed them to fix their mistake. She blamed me for no calling sooner than when I did, although I had emailed her several hours before calling their office to have them correct the issue.
