My family has been with the Kosic allstate agency for a decade between my grandparents, parents and myself. His father was fantastic and helped his customers, I'm unsure where is son came from...but he's a legit scammer. I've called in every renewal upset about price hikes trying to figure out a way I could keep my insurance with Allstate and get my rates down. The most they'd offer is a higher deductible. That is there's answer for everything and they would seriously never offer to bring down anything...instead of 50,000 to 100,000 bring down to 25,000 to 50,000, this is unheard of. Their basic response is "higher deductible" and then a good Luck. My car insurance went up 154.00 and my discounts went down 77.00. Last year I needed renters insurance and they put me at 25,000 personal property damage at 32.00 dollars a month. I decided to call another agency to ask for help, she got my car insurance down to 133.00 a month. And found out my renters insurance went from 25,000 personal property damage to 26,000 thousand and went up to 35.00 dollars a month. I would avoid William Kosic Jr. at all cost, he only cares about lining his pockets and gives no damns if you're going broke trying to pay for insurance, not to mention the sneaky trick of upping parts of your insurance to up your cost. Horrible horrible agency...avoid him.

This is the #1 worst agency ever! They did not help me at all with what they promised and when I called, I was told that I didn't know what I was talking about by the Agent William Kosic. He really needs to learn manners when talking with a long-time paying Allstate customer. He shouldn't be an agent at all with his poor customer service skills. If you want a hard time, go here. Otherwise, there are plenty of other agencies in the world besides his.
