As a small business owner I take pride in forming relationships with our clients and not make our interactions seem like business transactions and that’s what I look for when I’m looking to do buisness with someone myself. I’ve had my share of terrible experiences this past year with realtors, mortgage brokers, insurance agents (all of whom did everything they could to get my business but did nothing to try and keep it). That being said I need to shout out our new insurance agent at Allstate, Yasiria Carballo: Allstate Insurance of the Carballo Agency located at 5 Park Avenue in Park Ridge, NJ. She was super knowledgeable, extremely thorough in explaining our policies and getting us exactly what we needed & actually saving us a ton of money. To top it off I received this super thoughtful welcome packet in the mail today confirming that we made the right decision by switching to Allstate (this post sounds like a commercial ) no but seriously, if you’re a business owner or your work is based on trying to bring your company buisness make it a point to build a relationship with your clients and have them feel as though you are genuinely working in their best interest....I PROMISE you’ll not only bring in more buisness, but you’ll also retain it (which should always be a your goal). Thank you Yasiria!!

I never write reviews and am only doing so because this was by far the worst agency I've ever dealt with. Maybe I can save someone the headache I had dealing with Allstate and this agency. My agent was fired without replacing him with another. My policy was incorrectly filed. My calls and emails were unattended. An extremely unprofessional experience.

I had insurance products all over the place with many companies, I decided to move them to the Carballo Agency. Yasiria and her team worked with me and my company to provide great products and excellent service. I would easily recommend them to anyone looking to embrace insurance solutions.

New agent took over my account never bothered to call me or even return an email. Poor professional manners - one does not know what she will do with accounts of if I have a problem
