One of if not the best company's I've had the pleasure of doing business with. Friendly and helpful staff very Welcoming. Very helpful in explaining all there coverages. Very quick to answer my questions and if they didn't know they were able to get me answers right away

Watching a friend of mine struggle with her car insurance company (Hester) has made me fall even further in love with mine. I talked to a woman on the phone there in an attempt to get her a new insurance card, and whomever answered was so curt and hateful, it stunned me. She refused to talk about any solutions to my friend's problems, just hung up on her and ignored her phone calls instead. There turned out to be more going on in the situation than I was aware off, but I still can't imagine treating my customers like that. Especially after dealing with the tremendously wonderful staff over at Phil Millender's. I'm just coming off a ticket and an accident there too (first in 13 years). They wouldn't even let me pay the deductible, but they covered it instead. They earned my business for life.

I’ve had my policies here for years and they’ve never been anything but helpful and courteous. Eric is very knowledgeable and always willing ready to spend time with us to answers all of our questions. We always feel welcome here.

I wouldn't recommend getting insurance here. I've cancelled all my policies little by little and each time I've cancelled I've cancelled before I have to pay for a new month. Each time they've ran bank info and charged me for policies I've cancelled and they don't wish to resolve them. I've already contacted the 1-800 number to get the situations resolved so let's hope I get my money back.
