Watching a friend of mine struggle with her car insurance company (Hester) has made me fall even further in love with mine. I talked to a woman on the phone there in an attempt to get her a new insurance card, and whomever answered was so curt and hateful, it stunned me. She refused to talk about any solutions to my friend's problems, just hung up on her and ignored her phone calls instead. There turned out to be more going on in the situation than I was aware off, but I still can't imagine treating my customers like that. Especially after dealing with the tremendously wonderful staff over at Phil Millender's. I'm just coming off a ticket and an accident there too (first in 13 years). They wouldn't even let me pay the deductible, but they covered it instead. They earned my business for life.
