I have been with Jerry and his team almost since I started driving. I have always had great service. My husband changes cars like I change shoes and I have always been able to just call up give Misty the VIN and she gets it added to our policy that same day! The ID card shows up in the mail a few days later. I love the app and use it almost daily checking my driving skills with the Drivewise device. I also love that I have a digital copy of my insurance card so if a family member is driving and needs it I can take a screenshot and text it to them.Last year we got into a pretty bad accident. We wrecked my husband's work truck and I broke my hand. Allstate had an adjuster checking things out within a few days and our truck was back on the road in no time. They paid up-front and then collected their money later after the two insurance companies worked out the details.I recommend Jerry Swartz and his Allstate office to anyone I hear that is shopping around for a company to use.
