Terrible company!!! We had our homeowners insurance policy through this agency for at least six year. Every year the policy increased. We finally had enough and shopped around for new insurance. The very first company was $400.00 cheaper with the very same coverage. The problem arose when we wanted to cancel our policy with them as of the renewal. I was basically told that they had other companies and she was rude about us cancelling. Thinking they had cancelled our renewal policy, I always check to make sure things are done correctly. Thank goodness I checked. I called the company we were insured with and they had cancelled our policy effective 15 days before our renewal. What we learned is that Ronald Hilton agency sent someone else's cancelation request to my company and my request went to her company, I guess. Just sloppy, shoddy work. I called the agency to tell them they had botched at least 2 policies cancellations with their agency. They didn't even care. We could have been in a lot of trouble with our mortgage company, because our homeowners policy was cancelled before the renewal. We fixed the problem between the insurance company and myself, with no help from the Hilton Agency. They do not care about the customer. No apology. The only reason I called the Hilton Agency was to let them know that the other policyholder's cancelation probably did not go through due to the fact that it went to my insurance company and not hers. Terrible company!!!!
