Increased rating from 1 star to 3 stars--The reason I increased the stars was because upper management took their time to reach out to me and understand what happened and how they can improve. I believe that the owners care about the quality of service and are taking active measures to improve their service.I was hired as a business manager for 2 companies that regularly used AlphaGraphics. We had ordered and paid for an A-frame and sign which would be ready for pick up in a few days. I went there for pick up and I stood in line for over 20 minutes. (The line did not move at all because the 2 register associates had messed up on the orders.) While waiting, I see a man walk in, who is either an owner or manager because he is about to walk straight into the back. So, I asked him if he could help because all I had to do was pick up the A-frame sign that was already paid for (which I pointed to) The first thing out of his mouth to me was "Who are you?" I told him that "I was paying customer who is here for over 20 minutes to pick up something I paid for." He lets me know that they are busy but he will get someone to help. ( Yet, I can see over 10 people in the back peering at the front because they are not doing anything) 15 minutes later, I was finally helped.I spent 45 minutes to pick up something that was there and already paid for. That is unacceptable. There was no sense of urgency in the staff, even less the supervisors/managers. I decided to go elsewhere for our needs and OfficeDepot respects my time and offers better service.This was not my first time going to AlphaGraphics. I had been there 2 other times and it was the same issue. Slow service, no sense of urgency, yet they have 2 people in the front and 10 plus people in the back.
