The initial contact with Alpha graphics was amazing. The end result was not. I placed my order online May 16th and then proceeded to the physical location same day to confirm my pickup date for Saturday May 19th. The hours of operation on Saturday are 9AM to 12PM. I arrived Saturday morning around 9AM to only find the store was closed. Major disappointment, and I was left confused ?. I had an event later that evening and was in need of my company menus. I called today (Monday) to get a clear understanding of what happened before writing this review. I was told " You have to call and see if we're open on Saturdays, it varies". Something I wasn't told in the beginning. In conclusion they offered to run my order today (Monday)and told me it would be ready in 30 minutes, which furthermore let's me know the order was never ready for pickup on Saturday the 19th. The only reason I'm giving this company two stars is because their work is truly excellent and the professionalism of the initial contact.
