We have been using Alphagraphics for a few years now. The extra services they offer have totally made our lives and projects easier. Our most current order, which inlcuded 2 large 4'x8' e-panel signs, was exceptional. We do need to remember that the printing is a tad darker in person than how I design it on my computer. But the end result wasn't far off so it didn't make much of a difference for us. Mason was extremely helpful and patient, and the customer service we recieved when he wasn't available was just as great. Thanks Alphagraphics!

AlphaGraphics is the best printer in Rexburg. I have an illustration business, and I print there all the time. The prints are just like the originals! Nice stuff and awesome service!

We received honest advice about their capabilities for the result we wanted for our project; however, we were very happy with the results for a fraction of the cost quoted by their competitors.

This shop probably does okay with standard black and white copies, but they have continuously disappointed to me with their colored scans. I am an artist that sells prints of my work and have tried to get scans of original artwork and prints of them at Alpha graphics and each time I leave extremely frustrated. I have talked to the manager once before and he has told me to ask for specific people to work with because not everyone knows how to use the machines enough to get the product that I want (which seems ridiculous to me, they should always have someone there who knows what their doing that the other employees can at least ask for help) I went there today to get only 3 prints done and was there for over an hour and left very disappointed. I worked with two different employees and one even asked a manager that was there for help, but no one seemed to know the right settings to not have my piece completely washed out, or have a side of it chopped off. The colors were changed drastically and the entire size of the image was changed even though I hadn't asked for that. I finally just gave up and left and drove all the way to Staples in Idaho Falls and within 15 minutes of entering the store they had my prints done beautifully. I don't know if they just don't have the right machines to do art prints or if they just don't have the know-how but I would NOT go here to get any kind of colored scan done. I added a picture below of the difference. The first picture is the print I got done at Staples, the second is the one I got done at Alpha Graphics. You can definitely see how the color was changed and how the whole middle section was totally washed out. I hope in the future they either train their employees better or tell customers they are unable to do this type of work because it was a waste of time and money.

Alpha Graphics works fast and the employees are very helpful. They do excellent work and are not afraid to recommend you to other stores if they don’t have the service you need. Saying they have quality customer service doesn’t do them justice. I use them for all of my printing needs in Rexburg.

Great staff, great quality, especially for the quick turnover of student employees constantly in the training process, if you have any concerns about cost usually just asking them to double check it works out great in case they're in a hurry. Very nice, planning around finals helps a lot as well. They do a great job with the quality of the print especially!

Quality of the prints is good but I still woulnd’t understand paying for $50 and only printed 4 pages. It’s nonsense for me. If you want the good quality print, I will suggest that. But, if you are a student and trying to save money, just print it somewhere else.
