I try hard to frequent local businesses when possible. I gave Alpha Graphics a 'go' on two separate occasions, and their service fell flat BOTH times!The woman who works at the front is incredibly rude. On both occasions, the order was not completed to specifications (even after it was discussed on the phone). On one occasion, a relative with expertise in Graphic Design offered to get invitations printed for my daughter's birthday. The card were not done on time; when my sister called to ask why, Linda replied "you never came in to see a proof". My sister had ordered from Colorado, and never indicated that she was going to come in. She never received a confirmation call or follow-up.The 2nd time was when I went to pick up business cards that I had specifically asked to get printed in color and they were printed in grayscale. When I raised it to Linda's attention, she curtly dismissed my concern and said that "that's not what the order form said" I offered to show her my confirmation email, to which she dismissed me and said there was nothing she could do since the printer was not present. Printing at Alpha Graphics would have cost double what a chain such as Staples would charge--which I am happy to pay for a professional experience. Unfortunately, that was not the experience I had. I will not use their services again, nor recommend them to anyone else.
