My husband told the lady that we had booked .. without any question or check from her .. and in a sarcastic tone she told us that we would have the room only at 3pm. So my husband answered the same as the lady we had the massage at 2pm and the person who took the reservation asked us to report for 1:30 pm. So she gave us the keys to our room without any explanation or word of welcome explaining our package .. room quite ordinary and let's say that the floor was more or less clean. Donc le monsieur nous dit d'arriver pour 13h30 afin de savoir si notre chambre serait prête étant donné que nous avions rendez vous pour un massage de 14h à 15h .Donc on se présenta à 13h30. La dame nous a fait tout un accueil !!! Mon mari dit à la dame que nous avions réservé.. sans aucune question ou vérification de sa part.. et d'un ton sarcastique elle nous dit que nous aurions la chambre seulement à 15h. Donc mon mari lui répondit du même ton que la dame que nous avions le massage à 14h et la personne qui a pris la réservation nous avait demandé de se présenter pour 13h30. Donc elle nous donna les clés de notre chambre sans aucune explication ou mot de bienvenue expliquant notre forfait .. chambre assez ordinaire et disons que le plancher était plus ou moins propre. Merci à Mélanie et Nicole pour le message.. vous avez sauvé l'accueil un peu! Donc le soir on se présente pour souper au restaurant de l'auberge qui porte le nom de l'entrecôte . Avec les commentaires sur les steaks mon mari décida de prendre l'entrecôte . Je peux vous dire que la qualité de ce steak n'était pas AAA. Tout d'abord mauvaise cuisson et trop trop de gras et de Mer à et tout ça avec un extra de 19$ . Par contre Geneviève nous a donné un excellent service. Pour la somme totale de ce séjour avec les extras et tout.. Je peux vous dire que l'on aurait mieux fait d'aller à Mont Tremblant! Definitivement je ne recimmanderai pas cette auberge qui malgré tout à un certain potentiel!
