They take FOREVER to pay you and I am not convinced they will pay me. I did a shop in May and I am STILL waiting for reimbursement and it's almost September. The editors also take forever to edit the reports. I have been asked questions 2 weeks AFTER I did a shop.

Terrible payers. This company unfairly floats the shoppers payments as long as they can get away with it. They don't pay with Paypal as do all the other MSC's. They are bottom feeders in this industry.

Do not work for them as a shopper. First, I emailed them regarding the quiz in order to get "certified" as there was a mistake in it to which they admitted. More disturbingly, they refuse to accept shops that did in fact meet their criteria, which actually cost me money in the end. The reason that they did not accept the shop is because they emailed and expected a response within 12 hours. I work full time, so I did not get their message and now I spent money "shopping" for a company not worth my time. Again, do NOT work for them as a shopper.
