HI My name is Kenneth Wilson I wrote the previous review about my premium increasing. I would like to say that Joe did call me personally and take care of everything personally and was very professional in handling the matter. I did switch my insurance back through him and I have not had a problem since. I would like to thank him for his professionalism. Also if any one has any concerns about his agency you can contact me I have been with his agency since 2006 and besides are one mix up and it did turned out to be a mix up mainly information wise he has always given me the best rates and discounts compared to me looking at other companies on my own.
