This organization must have a horribly outdated system because balances are ALWAYS wrong and sometimes it takes over a week for a local charge to even pend.On my auto loan, they repeatedly messed with payments and total payoff to the point that I had to hire a lawyer to correct it. Like adding $100 to my monthly payment then removing it, then putting it back on. Then they said I didn't make two car payments even though I could show it on my bank ledger.Called the 800 number multiple times, went into this branch a half dozen times and not one bit of help. They couldn't justify it and they wouldn't fix it.
