Was insured through Dennis for over 6 years. My wife had 2 at fault accidents within the last year, and we get notice of cancellation... im almost glad... in 15 minutes, i saved 15%.... with.... GEICO. Lol. Now i have the green dude. Dennis is a great guy, dont let me sway your decision an agent.. but the insurance? Wow... when i bought the policies i did. I was young, and didnt quite understand insurance, did they sit back and tell me exactly what i had/needed/or didnt need? No... this resukted in a train wreck both times my wife had an accident... first time, was told i didnt have rental car.... WHAT!? WHO HAS FULL COMP AND COLLISION WITH A $500 DEDUCTIBLE AND DOESNT SPRING THE EXTRA $45 EVERY 6 MONTHS FOR RENTAL CAR!!!??? Beyond aggrevating on that one... 2nd time, major accident, hospital bills from both parties start rolling in. Thank god i got the rental car adjusted in the policie, and dropped my deductible to $250... also, thank god for medical payment assistance.... wait... oh THAT WASNT ON MY INSURANCE EITHER!? FREAKING KIDDING ME!? WE JUST HAD A CHAT ABOUT MY COVERAGES, AND I PAY MORE MONEY PER MONTH FOR EXTRAS, AND PERKS, BUT YOUR SAYING I WOULD'NT GIVE YOU ANOTHER $110 EVERY 6 MONTHS FOR SOME MEDICAL EXPENSE COVERAGE!? man oh man, this place was a joke... i gave them chance after chance to keep me as a customer, just for them to tell me that ive got to go, after those 2 accidents... lol. Thanks,,, but no thanks. DENNIS, if you read this. I hope your staff knows their insurance now, cause, as a customer, that sucked majorly.
