Overall Feedback:

As a customer of American Family for more than ten years I can say that I have never had a worse response to inquiries than I have from this agent. I was transferred to become her client when I moved and I'm leaving for a different AmFam agent due to her continued unresponsiveness. I highly recommend AmFam as a whole but would most certainly not recommend this office.
