I have been a customer with American Family Insurance for 30 years. I have never once complained about paying to much yet this office has never once offered a discount for any reason. The years went by the original agent left to work at corporate office he could not be happy at his own company, I was forced to take a different agent two after returning back to the original agency & agent. Never once would they speak of a better coverage lower payment other than buying additional policies for more money than you could get a bigger discount on the original policy. Shame on me, I trusted American Family they couldn't care less , the agent's are the same. Relationship's mean nothing even after 30 years Sad" My advice is that if you want a really competitive quote Just go online visit Progressive online tell them Scott Sarrels sent you. They truly care.. Cancel and get out as soon as possible. "Can you hear me now"
