After working with Ian for a few years - I would highly recommend his agency based on his personal service. I am a banker and maintain the insurance records required on the banks mortgage loans. Ian has and is always quick to get back to me with the necessary proof of insurance, or help me with any issues that may arise regarding one of our mutual customer's policies. He is great to send individual EOI's on condo's - something that some agents simply refuse to do. He makes my job, and my customers lives simpler by being on top of things, always. I am sure the customers he serves individually would agree - he is an agent you can count on.

We've used this agency for many years. Was better/easier when they were smaller, but very hard to get a hold of now. Always leaving messages, rarely actually talk to anyone any more. That's normally not an issue until you need something, then it takes forever because you can't just talk to someone and get it resolved quickly. I think they need more staff to answer the phones.

Ian French is the best in the business. Google does not offer 10 stars but he deserves them. I have know Ian for a decade and could not more highly recommend anyone!

After searching all weekend for better insurance (because for some reason my current company decided to more than double monthly cost) I decided to reach out to American Family. Along with having the best rates that I have found for my home, I have 2 cars and a teenager on my insurance, AmFam was able to get my auto insurance down to half to monthly cost and twice the coverage for my auto insurance than any other quote I have gotten. I worked with Walter, who was very polite and professional. He even went out of his way to bring documents I needed to sign to my home. I would absolutely recommend working with this location/office.
