Jared and his staff have been so amazing and helpful these past 5 years that we've been with them. My son was recently in an accident that was his fault which was a very scary time for us but Jared, his, staff and everyone we had to deal with from american family was so helpful. They're kindness, professionalism and genuine concern for my son made the whole process so much easier. The customer service was above and beyond any of my expectations and was truly appreciated!
