Agent doesnt return calls.....,..my boyfriend has left messages since last friday for this agent to return a call regarding a case...we have gone in and dropped all of the necessary paperwork.....as of yesterday morning the physcian and chiropractor had recieved no correspondence from this agent...he has had the paperwork since 10/2/18......he is still waiting for a phone call back went into office yesterday morning and requested a phone call today...... at 2 pm today called office...no agent....roadblocked by secretary......the ONLY call that was made was to my phone bright and early monday morning reguarding my review....now it has turned into a calling contest...in the meantime we have somone who has been off work since Sept 27th injured with no income....no one cares.....he is injured....cant work ......How pathetic...and you wonder WHY you get a 1 star review....you have the paperwork and have had ample time to file the paperwork.....you do not return calls when asked to he derserves better than this....
