Overall Feedback:

For what we paid, I'd expected more communication, especially before canceling a policy without add much add a phone call. Ultimately it was the best thing to happen because it lead us to find a much more caring and attentive agent with a different company. Hopefully they took this same criticism offered when canceling auto coverage to heart and currently reach out to clients more. If not, that sucks because putting in effort before it's too late makes all the difference. Nice people, but they lacked in areas that other agencies excel in.
