Just bought a townhome in an association that is covered by this agency. Sandra was knowledgeable and patient and helped me through the process. Not sure exactly why I chose this agency, but Sandra made the difference. Mark, on the other hand, didn't respond in my time of need. When townhome association neglect outside creates inside damage for me, they don't cover me.

I have only used American Family Insurance for a short time but I am impressed. I am paying 50% less for more coverage than my previous provider. And the office staff are friendly, courteous, and respectful.
