Overall Feedback:

All I can really say is that they are polite and that Diane is the lone bright spot in the office. Took them 2+ weeks and 4 phone calls to finally get me proof of renters insurance for a simple address change. Moving is already difficult. Each time they took my email address as if they had no file of my contact info. When talking to Bob himself he listed off 3 of my previous addresses asking if that is where I was moving to (this was my third call in) instead of the new address which I had given twice at this point. Slow, inept, never called me, but all the bills came on time. I will be taking my business elsewhere. Update they were charging me twice my premium with state farm for less coverage. Good riddance
